Organic is a rapidly growing company with a fun, tight-knit group of motivated individuals and a strong company culture. We are currently seeking a Solar Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to expand.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting virtually over the phone from leads provided
-Present and promote our solar products and services to potential customers
-Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
-Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
-Listen and use the training provided by our team

Qualifications:

-Sales experience is preferred
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Have access to a personal computer to call
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and come to office
-Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

We offer a 100% commission-based compensation package with the potential for high earning. Our typical reps earn between $3,000 - $20,000 per month. There is work from home opportunity after completion of training and quotas being achieved.
